“This is Guan Yin speaking.

Sometimes cliches have a strong vibration of truth. Just because it’s an old saying, doesn’t mean it doesn’t have power and rightness.

See no evil

Hear no evil

Speak no evil

Think no evil.

Visualize your entire being as a river. When you are a baby, the river runs clear and sweet, pure and beautiful. Without your permission, the earth plane experience starts to put programming in. Your parents, extended family, the environment, your own karma, all exert their influence. Then, Heaven help us, you start school with all it’s rolling rough stones of personalities, teachings good and not so good, relationships and more. Mix in the mortal dream world mind consciousness and by the time you reach adulthood, your river might be pretty muddy and dark, polluted by,

“the bitter sea of the yin yang world”,

as is taught in Buddhism.

The good news is there is hope for your river to run clean again, though it takes a high level of commitment and discipline to accomplish it. The not so good news is that the earth plane experience is populated with addictive goodies designed to pull your attention outward to it. All that color and flashing light, drama, conflict, consumption is almost irresistible.

You can start by observing what goes in. Watch, listen, observe. There is a teaching by the one known to you as Master Sha that states, even if you agree with negativity, you pick up it’s karma. This means if you watch dark violent movies, you actually internalize the karma of those beings. If you stand around and listen to gossip, there you go. Same thing. Don’t agree with wrong.

Start to react to toxic messages like they were a hot stove. Why would you put your hand on it? Why would you KEEP your hand on it?

As we discussed yesterday, replace this darkness with chanting high energy, frequency mantras. Pray, study, turn off the television, put down the phone. Speak with a trusted teacher.

You can be a bright clear river, it’s entirely up to you.

That is all. I love you.”
