Kuan Yin Speaks. A river of fish.

“Hello! This is Kuan Yin.

Think of your thought flow as a great river filled with fish. Crowded bank to bank with all kinds and varieties of fish, all swimming and vying for a place to be. There is little room between them, it is a constant, unending torrent of fish and water.

As we go on this journey of ending negative thought as we know it, we see it as a human ego construct that blocks our soul at every turn. This is thought that is the unconscious manifestation of the mortal dream state of earth incarnation, supported and fed by karma. It is not a tasty fish, but a destructive, invasive weed sort of fish that is quickly ending life on this planet.

..

Good and positive thought is mindful, aware, conscious and creative. It is spare in its doings, and does not do harm. It requires diligence and commitment to strain out the weed thoughts and leave the good crop. This kind of thought needs a mind that is open at the top, open to the inspiration of God and Divine beings. This needs a mature being that is willing to relinquish the tasty, crispy, salty fried variety of mind chatter that is so addictive, and turn always to the purity and light of inspired thought.

..

Back to the river. We start to cull our river of negative fish, letting them pass on without a way to return. Look at every single one that comes, see it for what it is, and let it go. What will you allow to populate your waters?

As there are fewer and fewer fish, you become aware of each that passes. Examine it carefully. Some thought fish are cleverly disguised as compliments that are secret judgments. Some aim for lofty ideals, but hide spiritual pride and lack of humility. Really look.

..

In time there is only the occasional little swimmer in your great river of conscious awareness, and it must be a clear and pollution free expression that you are will to allow. You let it serve, then let it also go down the stream.

..

This is a brief guiding today, it doesn’t need to be long to be effective.

Mind your fish.

That is all. I love you.”

...

This teaching was expressed through Kristin Strachan, Kuan Yin Lineage Holder, student of Master Zhi Gang Sha, teacher, and spiritual practitioner in Colorado. I am very blessed.
